We follow a very simple process for manufacturing the ADC12 aluminium alloy ingots.
Scrap to Ingots
We import the quality aluminium scrap from all over the world.
These scrap may have some impurities or amalgamation of other metals so we do the segregation of the scrap through a team of experts.
Undesired & unsuitable metals or any other non-metallic impurities are extracted and removed.
We, then weigh the scrap here to keep a check on possible end-result of this process.
The scrap is then dumped into the Furness and melted around temperature of 800 degree Celsius or more.
Meanwhile we also ensure the removal of ionic content / impurities from the melted scrap.
If needed or if situation demands then additional alloying elements are added.
After the filtration at various levels the ingot casting process takes place.
Then we do standard marking / grading process on ingots for their further identification and tracking.
Then these ingots / cubes are being weighed and stacked as per the despatch plan.
These ingots / cubes are then taken to either warehouses and/or directly for dispatching.
Quality Assertion
Our entire process is scientifically designed, tested and proven; we take utmost care and caution while manufacturing the ADC12 aluminium alloy ingots & cubes looking to their diversified applicability in the industry; hence our entire process is minutely monitored and carefully controlled by industry experts. A modern optical spectrometer is used for the quality check.
